Pricing

Business system and custom CRM pricing

The development price depends on the processes to be solved, the data connections and how the system will be used. The examples below give a budget framework for planning a well-defined first version.

In a nutshell

Net guide prices

One-off development ranges for clearly scoped first versions, excluding VAT.

Itemized quote

We specify the features, the data to be transferred, the deadline and the handover conditions separately.

Separately listed costs

Integrations, hosting, backups, monitoring and support as separate items.

Start with a smaller budget

The first version focuses on the process that causes the most administration.

The amounts are net, one-off development guide prices and do not include VAT. In the final quote we specify the features, the data to be transferred, the deadline and the handover conditions separately.

Example projects and price ranges

Automating a smaller workflow

HUF 120,000–290,000 net

Simplifying an existing process, for example transferring data between two documented systems or creating a scheduled report. The example assumes one data source, one target system, one-way data flow and simple rules.

A new, complete administration application, complex two-way sync or reverse-engineering a missing data interface is a separate job.

First version of a smaller CRM

HUF 490,000–790,000 net

A system built for one sales process of one business, with setup for up to five initial users. It includes client records, contacts, statuses, internal notes, tasks and deadlines.

The example budget assumes two basic access roles, a one-off import of a prepared client list and a simple export. Login, basic access control, testing and a walkthrough of how to use the system are part of the implementation.

Automatic email sync, a custom quote calculator, document generation and an external invoicing connection are separate work packages. Details: CRM development.

First version of an inventory system

HUF 590,000–990,000 net

One warehouse, product master, receiving, issuing, movement log, simple stocktaking and stock list. The budget assumes a one-off import of a prepared product list and opening stock.

Complex handling of multiple warehouses, production, serial numbers or expiry dates, as well as hardware and a webshop connection, are developed under a separate agreement. Details: inventory management system.

Several connected business modules

first phase HUF 1.19–1.99 million net

For example, combining client management, tasks and simple inventory tracking into one shared system for a single business. During planning we narrow the exact features down to a first usable version.

This is the budget for a limited first phase. Full enterprise resource planning, production planning, payroll, accounting or complex multi-company setups require their own planning and pricing.

Why the price varies between two similar systems

The number of screens alone doesn't show the size of the job. A complicated permission rule, migrating messy data or an external system that behaves unpredictably can also add cost.

That's why we review the exceptions during the assessment: what happens with incorrect data, a reversed operation, a failed connection or different user permissions.

What costs remain after handover

Hosting, backups, system monitoring, security updates and support are covered by a separate agreement. Subscriptions to external software or services may also continue.

At handover we document how the software is operated, the access rights, the backups and the process for later changes. The licenses of any external components used and the terms for handing over the custom development are clarified in the quote and the contract.

How to start with a smaller budget

Let's pick the process that currently causes the most unnecessary administration or errors. The first version should handle that well. Further modules can then be decided on based on experience from actual use.

When requesting a quote, describe who will use the system, which task you'd like to solve first, and which spreadsheets or programs data needs to be migrated from. You can also show sample data without personal details or trade secrets.

Frequently asked questions

Is it worth having your own CRM built?

That can be decided by comparing your own processes with what off-the-shelf systems offer. If an existing product fits, introducing it may be the better option.

Does the price include all later changes?

It includes implementing the agreed feature list. The terms for fixing bugs in the delivered functionality and the pricing of new requirements are set out separately.

Will the system replace our invoicing software?

Not necessarily. In many cases it makes sense to connect to your existing invoicing software and handle your own workflow in the business system — see invoicing integration.

Let's look at how you work today — and how it could be simpler.
